Orders/Inquiries
To make a purchase, please contact us (see form below) about which Mud and Lotus Arts you would like to buy, to check availability and discuss payment options. We typically respond to order requests within 24 hours.
Most of my necklace designs are one-of-a-kind, using unique stones, and may not be available exactly as shown on this site. However, if you are interested in a particular piece, which is sold, I might be able to make something similar, depending on material availability.
Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa through Paypal or Square.
Shipping
In-stock items usually are shipped within 1 week unless otherwise notified.
Shipping is included for orders of $50 or more. Normally we ship via U.S. Mail, Priority 2-3 day service with signature release. We can ship via UPS or Federal Express upon request for additional charges. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If the item is returned, a shipping and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund. Purchaser is responsible for any return shipping charges

Please make sure to email us at mudandlotusarts@gmail.com to be included on the mailing list for upcoming events and shows. Please include your email (preferred) and snail mail address.
Special Orders
We accept special orders. Changes in chain length, type or clasps are all accepted, based on approval and availability. Please email us your request before placing your order. Special orders are subject to more processing time than normal orders and also subject to additional costs. You will be notified of expected delivery date and additional costs if applicable, once your order has been approved.
Repairs
All Mud and Lotus Arts jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and usage for 60 days from shipment. Any product needing repair within 60 days under normal wear and usage may be returned to Mud and Lotus Arts for repair free of charge. Mud and Lotus Arts reserves the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair after 60 days, we are happy to repair it for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. Please contact us for a quote before shipping. For your protection, please send all repairs via UPS or USPS insured in a well-padded envelope or box.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new and saleable condition, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery (minus $15 shipping/handling). Sale items, custom orders and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us at mudandlotusarts@gmail.com with any return/repair questions and to obtain a return authorization before mailing. Please package your return in a well-padded envelope or box, include your receipt, and ship via UPS or USPS insured, as we cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. You will be contacted once your item(s) is received. Return postage is paid by the purchaser.
